Pınar Kılıç graduated from  the department of Foreign Language Education METU  in  2009.  She holds  an  MA  in  Human  Resources Development in Education METU. She has been working at TOBB ETU since 2010 and she has been a member of  Measurement  and Evaluation  Unit since 2018. Currently she is having her second MA in Curriculum and Instruction at Bilkent University. Her professional interests  include Adult Education Philosophies of Education Language Assessment Training Strategies and Interpersonal Communication.





Şeyma Doğru Mert graduated from the  department  of  Foreign  Language Education METU  in  2009.  She holds an MA in English  Language  Teaching METU. Between 2009 and 2010 she worked in Yardley Gobion Primary School in Northampton England.   She has been working at TOBB ETU since 2010 and she has been a member of Measurement and Evaluation Unit since 2011. Currently she is  having  her  second  MA  in  Measurement  and  Evaluation  at Ankara  University.  Her professional interests include Constructing Items Assessing  Four  Skills  and Professional Development.
